Disco Diva

Well Lana went to her school disco tonight, out of all the clothes she could of worn she decided to go wearing her HSM cheerleader dress minus the poms poms, I made her leave them at home :-D. She had a great time but was bursting for the loo when she came out of school, I asked her why she didn't go and she replied 'I was too busy chatting and dancing!'



And because I was taking pics of Lana, Isla insisted on having her pic taken too....

Managed to do a layout with some of the photos I took at the retreat...



Thought I would try stamping onto felt for the speech bubble, worked a treat and will definitely be using that idea again :-)

Finally got round to taking some pics of the minibook I made, just posting the front cover as I don't wanna bore you ;-)



Made another mini using a digi kit I brought from Sweetshoppedesigns, nice and quick, just add the photo and maybe a few embellies, print out and hey presto one finished book :-D

So thats what I've been doing this week as well as looking and trying very hard not to buy anything from Etsy. I failed and brought these as they were shouting at me to add them to my cart....



The kids are on half term as from Friday so thinking of lots of things we can do,off to Devon on Saturday so must remember to take my camera as the 25th is on Sunday and need to take pics for my '25th of Every Month' book.Hopefully the weather will be nice so we'll be able to go to the beach, got to see if Isla has changed her mind about the sand, I'll chuck her wellies in the car just in case.
